You can easily return goods purchased from us

Thanks to our convenient returns process, you can shop without stress — without having to worry that returning a purchased product will be a burden for you.

Under applicable law (Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU), you have 14 days to withdraw from a distance sales contract without giving any reason. If the goods do not meet your expectations, you can return them to us within 14 days from the date of withdrawal.

All returns in our shop are processed via a simple online return form, which allows you to send the parcel back to us conveniently. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods; these will be deducted from the refund amount.

After the return request has been submitted, our customer service team will contact you to arrange the details.

Important notice: The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly (e.g. fresh food products);
• sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, where the seal has been removed after delivery (e.g. opened food, food supplements, cosmetics).
